Hi Fam,

We hope you have all had a great Monday! We’re here to share some great news about our progress. We have assembled a batch of our Kickstarter racks and will be sending them out in the next couple days :) Each moment as time passes we have been honing in on our craft and improving at doing business to better serve you, our customers. It’s been an incredible journey, and we’re now at the 'fulfillment' stage of our Kickstarter experience. To say it’s been a wild ride would be an understatement!

As always, we appreciate your support. Without you all, STAG would still just be an idea.

Hey all,

Quick summary: we are about a month away from mailing out your STAG Racks and we are AMPED. Scroll to the bottom to see some updated pictures of the (almost) final rack with the components we've custom ordered and tested just for you. :) 

Longer summary: We have a couple more components that will be here in the next couple weeks (mostly aesthetic) that will make your rack 100% ready to be shipped out. Recently though, with parts coming in from across the globe, we've been testing specific elements to make sure they are all performing EXACTLY as we'd hope and expect. We've adjusted a few small items over time for the sake of performance/strength/you name it, and watched the rack evolve from a solid prototype into a nearly finished product! We, just like you, are so excited to take out our STAG Racks to be used in just a few short weeks.

Quick summary: We still anticipate your STAG Racks to be mailed out in the second half of March, as predicted during the campaign. :) 

More explanation: Hope you're all having a solid week. The team is still testing, creating, and working every aspect of the STAG Rack to make sure it performs flawlessly. The only way to gain and maintain your trust is to never cut corners, so we are ensuring we do each step correctly working with the finest suppliers with proven track records. That said, we did have a couple slight delays in shipping due to Lunar New Year, but being just a couple days we don't anticipate that to affect our overall timeline! 

In the meantime, if you have any questions please feel free to reach out at [email protected] or through our social platforms. We've heard from many of you, seen pictures of you out biking and skiing, and are so glad to have you on board in building the world's most versatile rack. 

Sit back, keep getting outdoors whenever you can, and we'll have your racks to you in no time!

Quick overview: T-shirt and sticker packages are mailing out early next week!

More info: Production is looking awesome and we are so excited to get your STAG Racks completed and mailed out. Yes, we are still on track for that March shipping date we estimated during the campaign!  If you have specific questions about the process or curious what's going on- feel free to reach out as we can talk ALL DAY about the fun things going on here at STAG. 

Didn't order a t-shirt but still want one? We ordered a few extras just for you. :) Those can be found on our pre-order page and will be mailed out quickly as well since we have some in stock.
